Delete Your Account Permanently

Learn how to delete your DyneOne account, what happens to your data, and how to back up your information before deletion.

You can permanently delete your DyneOne account by visiting
Accounts → Settings → Security.

On that page, locate the Delete Account card and click the Delete Account button to begin the process.
You’ll be guided through several confirmation steps to ensure that you understand the consequences of deletion.


How Long Does It Take?

Once you request deletion, your account enters a pending deletion state for 2–3 weeks.
During this time, you can cancel the deletion if you change your mind.

After this grace period, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.


What Happens to My Data?

After the deletion is finalized (around 2–3 weeks), DyneOne permanently removes all data related to your account, including:

  • Personal profile details
  • Linked spots and business information
  • Orders, menus, and history
  • Stored preferences and backups

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind before the scheduled deletion date, you can simply log back in to cancel the deletion request.
After the deletion is finalized, you may create a new account using the same email address — but all previous data will be lost.

We strongly recommend downloading a full backup of your data before permanently deleting your account.

Backup & Restore Options

On the Account Security tab, you’ll find tools to export your account data.

  • Export Backup: Create a downloadable archive of your current account (JSON, XML, images, and related files).

Subscriptions Before Account Closure

To delete your DyneOne Partner account, you must first cancel all active subscriptions associated with it.
Account deletion is only available once there are no active subscriptions remaining.

After all subscriptions are cancelled, you can safely delete your account and you will not be billed for future months.
