Update Profile Details
When you sign in to your account, you’ll be welcomed by the Account Overview page.
This page provides a quick summary of your profile details, recently created orders, and any linked spots (if you’re a partner).
To update your profile or account information, you can either:
- Click the Edit Profile button on the overview page, or
- Navigate through Accounts → Settings → General in the sidebar.
Update First Name & Last Name
To update your full name, click the Edit button on the Profile Details page.
This should be your legal name, as it’s used for communication, billing, and official documents related to your DyneOne account.
We recommend using your real name and avoiding nicknames here.
Your legal name is only visible to you and the DyneOne team for verification and communication purposes.
Updating Primary Email Address
Unfortunately, you cannot directly update your primary email address once it’s associated with your DyneOne account.
This restriction helps us protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures the integrity of your data.
However, if you urgently need to change your email (for example, if you’ve lost access to your original address), please reach out to our support team.
They will review your request and guide you through a secure verification process.
In some cases, we may send a time-limited, secure form to your current registered email.
This form allows you to safely update your primary email address after verification.
