Currency & Timezone Settings
Every spot in DyneOne can have its own currency and timezone configuration.
These settings ensure that all your menus, transactions, and reports display the correct local time and currency symbol — matching your business location.
You can manage these settings by navigating to
Management → Spot Settings → Localization.
Setting the Currency
When you create a new spot, DyneOne automatically assigns a default currency based on your country selection.
If you operate in a different region or need to adjust pricing display, you can manually change your currency.
- All prices on menus, orders, and reports will use the selected currency.
- Changing the currency does not automatically convert existing prices — you’ll need to update product prices manually if needed.
- Supported currencies follow the ISO 4217 format (e.g.,
EUR,USD,GBP).
We recommend setting your currency before creating menu items to avoid inconsistencies in price display.
Setting the Timezone
Your timezone determines how dates and times appear in your dashboard, order history, and reports.
Setting the correct timezone helps keep your service hours, order timestamps, and reports synchronized with your local operating hours.
- You can change it anytime from the Localization tab in Spot Settings.
- All timestamps (orders, sessions, and reports) will be displayed using this timezone.
Changing your timezone does not alter stored data — only how dates and times are displayed in your interface.
Best Practices
- Always double-check your currency and timezone after creating a new spot.
- If you operate multiple spots in different countries, ensure each one has its own correct localization settings.
- Keep in mind that your guests will also see prices and times based on your selected configuration.
