Configuring Your Spot
All Spot-related settings are collected in one place so you can easily manage your location.
Navigate to Management → Spot Settings to access and update your Spot configuration.
This guide explains the key sections you should know to configure your Spot effectively.
Updating Spot Profile
To create a customized and branded menu, update your Spot profile via Management → Spot Settings.
The profile settings include:
- Logo
- Cover image
- Spot type
- Spot name & description
- Social media links
- Store website (if available)
- Spot status (online/offline)
A well-completed Spot profile improves your brand visibility and guest experience.
Temporarily Disabling Ordering
If you need to pause menu browsing or order acceptance:
- Change your Spot status to Offline.
- While offline, your Spot cannot serve menus or accept new orders.
Use this option during maintenance periods or when your venue is temporarily closed.
Editing Spot Address
Set your Spot’s location accurately in the Spot Settings → Address card.
- Future DyneOne mobile app users will explore nearby locations, so early setup ensures visibility when the app launches.
- Accurate addresses improve discoverability and enhance guest experience.
Setting Working Hours
Configure your Spot’s working hours via the Working Hours card:
- Fill in open/close times for each day.
- Add multiple time slots if you close temporarily during the day.
Example for Monday with a midday break:
- Open: 09:00 – 14:00
- Open: 18:00 – 23:00
Proper working hours help guests know when your Spot is available and optimize order management.
Why Some Settings Are Hidden
If you cannot see certain settings, it means:
- You are not the Spot owner
- You are an invited staff member with limited permissions
Only the Spot owner has access to core Spot settings, while staff members have restricted access based on their role.
